You may return any new, unopened/unused “Essential Stamps” sets that were sold and fulfilled by Scrapbook Essentials BC within 10 days of purchase for a full refund.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of an error on our part (if you received an incorrect or defective set).  If you accidentally damaged a stamp set or any portion of the set and it is no longer usable, a refund is not applicable.  Please see the directions on how to use the stamp sets which are printed on the back side of the package insert.
